Very nice and helpful staff. I have been staying here for a couple of years now whenever I am in Hanoi. Very safe, located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi- I would seriously suggest TheSinhTour for anyone who wants to get away from the tourist areas and enjoy the REAL Vietnam.
