Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi – Ban Gioc Waterfall – Nguom Ngao Cave (Lunch, Dinner)
06:30 AM – Pick up at the meeting point in Hanoi Old Quarter and depart for Ban Gioc Waterfall, one of the largest cross-border waterfalls between Vietnam and China and among the most beautiful waterfalls in the world.
12:45 – 01:00 PM – Lunch at a local restaurant in Trung Khanh District, Cao Bang.
After lunch, continue to Ban Gioc Waterfall.
Guests may take an optional bamboo raft/boat ride close to the waterfall (personal expense) for panoramic photos and a closer nature experience.
Visit Nguom Ngao Cave, famous for its spectacular stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years.
Next, explore Khuoi Ky Ancient Stone Village – a 400-year-old Tay ethnic village featuring traditional stone houses surrounded by pristine mountains and forests. Enjoy fresh air, peaceful scenery, and authentic local culture far from busy city life.
Return to the accommodation area near Ban Gioc Waterfall.
04:30 PM – Hotel check-in and rest.
06:30 PM – Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Cao Bang.
Day 2: Cao Bang – Angel Eye Mountain – Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch)
07:00 AM – Breakfast. Guests may enjoy cycling around the village or paddle on the stream (weather permitting). Check out afterward.
09:00 AM – Transfer to Angel Eye Mountain – a unique mountain with a natural hole through the limestone peak, one of the most iconic landscapes in Northeast Vietnam.
12:00 PM – Lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, depart for the return journey to Hanoi.
06:30 – 07:00 PM – Arrive in Hanoi. End of the Ban Gioc Waterfall 2 Days 1 Night Tour.
