– Immigration opens at 08:00 AM.

– Arrival: around 15:00 next day at Vientiane Southern Bus Station.
🚌 Hanoi → Luang Prabang
– Departure: 17:00–18:00
– Arrival at Nam Can Border (Nghe An): 04:00–05:00 AM
– Total travel time: ~24 hours.
– Arrival: around 18:00 next day in Luang Prabang City Center.
🚌 Hanoi → Lao Bao (Visa Run)
– Departure: 17:00 – 18:00
– Arrival: 05:00 AM next day at Lao Bao Border.
– Ideal for travelers doing visa runs (exit & re-entry on the same day).
– Return trip from Lao Bao to Hanoi: 14:30 – 15:00 → 2:00 AM

– Travelers not eligible for visa-free entry must obtain a visa in advance at the Laos Embassy in Hanoi.
